Teumsae (틈새라면) is my new favorite instant ramen. I like it so much that I thought I should blog about it :-P The guy pictured in the packaging is the chef at famous chain of ramen restaurants in Korea (and also in LA), and I guess this instant ramen is supposed to replicate the flavor.
Now, most of my friends know that I LOVE spicy food, as seen here (see #34 ^^) But this ramen tips the spicy scale for me when it comes to ramen, and whenever I eat it, I probably lose weight from sweating so much! I recommend against using the whole soup base — 3/4 should be plenty spicy for most people. It should be perfect in coming days when the weather gets cold~
My mouth is watering already! Can’t wait to try it.
